High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench has delivered a landmark judgement in favour of M/s Ocean E Mart Through Authorized Signatory Sandeep Kumar Yadav (Writ Tax No. 1358 of 2025) on adjustment of IGST liability from tax paid under CGST & SGST and refund under Section 77 of the GST Act.
